- Initial Site Visit at your facility; to discuss start
up requirements, costs, budgets, staffing, marketing,
expectations, etc.
- Application review (prior to submission).
- Provision of estimated budget and chart of accounts.
- Policy & Procedure Manual (some agency customization
will be required).
- Home Health/Hospice Agency Mgt Software (no charge through
certification survey via separate agreement).
- OASIS Coding Services (no charge through certification
survey via separate agreement).
- Assist in developing an agency Marketing Plan.
- Assist in addressing ADR's.
- Administrator/Director of Nursing site visit to existing
agency.
- Operational Telephone Consulting through certification
survey.
- Pre-Survey "readiness" visit at your facility
