Deyta Recognizes Home Health Agencies Providing the Best Patient Experience with HHCAHPS Honors

(Louisville, KY) October 20, 2014 – Deyta LLC, an industry leader in data-driven management for the home health and hospice industries, unveiled the official list of 2014 HHCAHPS Honors recipients last night at the National Association for Home Care (NAHC) Annual Meeting Welcome Reception in Phoenix, AZ. Established by Deyta, this prestigious annual honor recognizes home health agencies that continuously provide the highest level of satisfaction through their care as measured from the patient’s point of view. HHCAHPS Honors acknowledges the highest performing agencies by first analyzing performance on Question 25 – Willingness to Recommend as a qualifier and then analyzing performance on 18 other questions that comprise the publicly reported measures over a twelve-month period.

Deyta used the HHCAHPS survey results from over 1,800 home health agencies contained in its HHCAHPS database with an evaluation period of April 2013 to March 2014. There were over 775 agencies who qualified for the award, but only those who met performance criteria on the other 18 questions were selected as 2014 HHCAHPS Honors recipients. View the complete recipient list and official methodology.

“We are excited to present HHCAHPS Honors for the third consecutive year. With a continued increase in operational burdens and rising competition in the ever-changing healthcare landscape, this award takes on even more meaning,” says Kevin Porter, Deyta’s CEO and President. “Top performance on HHCAHPS is a direct reflection of the patient’s experience and the care delivered. These agencies are raising the bar every day and deserve to be recognized.”

Qualifications for eligibility included those HHAs that were compliant and partnered with Deyta for the evaluation period. For more information about how to become an HHCAHPS Honors recipient, agencies may contact Deyta at
