When I first started my business and started looking for a point of care system, I talked to many companies. Our clinicians are very happy with the software and we are able to get paid timely, so that makes me happy.
On the billing services: About a year ago, we realized that we were not capturing the revenue that an agency of our size should be generating, so we called HEALTHCAREfirst. We told them about our problems and asked them to help us dig deeper to help us discover the cause. They called me back a few days later and they said they had found the problem – and it was substantial. Not only did they provide me with answers, they gave me a resolution. They stepped right in and went back over a year to recover quite a bit of money for me. By allowing them to take over our billing functions, they have gotten us back on track and have increased our cash flow – and the back office support is fantastic!
