We know that you rely heavily on your software and making a change can be scary, but it doesn’t have to be. As a new HEALTHCAREfirst customer, you are assigned a dedicated implementation  team that works closely with your agency to thoroughly understand your processes, challenges, and goals. We follow a proven implementation process where we do most of the heavy lifting, including free data conversion from your old system. Our process not only gets you started quickly, but it ensures user adoption and ongoing success with our software.

What upfront costs are involved in purchasing your home health agency software or hospice agency software?

Unlike many other software applications, there are no upfront costs or implementation fees involved with our software.

How much does your home health software and hospice software cost?

Upon implementation, we will provide training for your staff online, at your location, or at one of our HEALTHCAREfirst training facilities. Following implementation, you will have access to support 24/7/365 and will receive regular check-in calls from a dedicated Client Success Manager. In addition, you will have unlimited access to our educational materials that cover product enhancements, industry changes, best practices, and tips for success.

What kind of support do you offer users?

We offer a variety of ways for our customers to access support including telephone support, email, online support questione submission, and chat. Our telephone support line is available 24 hours in case of an emergency.

What kind of education do you offer users?

HEALTHCAREfirst offers several options for education including: (1) onsite training whereby a trainer can come to your agency to perform training with your staff, (2) classroom training whereby your agency can send staff to one of our HEALTHCAREfirst training facilities, or (3) recorded Web-based training events that are accessible at any time from anywhere. We also regularly offer ongoing live webinars to cover product enhancements, industry changes, best practices, and tips for success.
